About Me

Why did I start this?

Midlife hit me like a freight train! In the midst of my kids growing up and moving out I was struggling with brain fog, exhaustion, emotional swings, and pain that was limiting my active hobbies. Doctors called it "stress," "normal aging," and said nothing was wrong. Sound familiar?

I'm a registered nurse, Arbonne consultant, health coach, and woman who's been there. Now I help women in the missy middle of midlife feel visible, valuable, and vibrant again.
